Copyright Declaration

By clicking “Accept” I hereby declare that, I as the author (hereinafter: Author) and the copyright owner of the uploaded thesis/dissertation/other student work (hereinafter: Thesis)

1. agree to the publication of this Thesis according the terms laid down in this declaration;

2. grant a non-exclusive license to the University of Debrecen for the digital reproduction and publication of the Thesis through the internal network of the University, pursuant to the agreements concluded between the Faculties and the Library as the operator of the University of Debrecen Electronic Archive (hereinafter: DEA) (for more information: https://dea.lib.unideb.hu/dea/handle/2437/5520);

3. accept that in case the encryption of the Thesis is required, special provisions for encryption shall apply with regard to disclosure;

4. warrant that the uploaded Thesis has an individualistic and original nature, it is my own intellectual property, I have sufficient rights to dispose above it and no other person may seek remedy in connection with it;

5. declare that I have the right to grant the license to the University as set out in this declaration. (Especially in case where the Author is not or not fully entitled to copyright her/his Thesis, i.e. the Thesis is the result of a work supported by a company or another organization);

6. declare that, the form, structure and content of the uploaded Thesis is fully identical with the printed version submitted to the Education Office and I recognize it as an official and original version of the Thesis;

7. accept that, the University fully excludes its liability for any cases where the Thesis may infringe copyright law, or the Thesis was uploaded without the appropriate rights, or further users may use the Thesis in a way, which is not permitted by the University.
