The main objective of this thesis is to build an e-commerce website for a gift shop that provides best shopping experience to customers, including recommending the products that match their needs based on the customers purchase history. This study derived from the profound importance of recommendation systems in improving the customer experience on one hand, and raising the sales and upsell of merchants and businesses on the other hand, in addition to personalizing the suggestions for each customer as it positively affects customers loyalty, retention and satisfaction. The thesis focused on applying some machine learning tools in addition to the selling statistics to suggest products. It required me to design and develop a prototype native mobile application on the Android platform. In order to solve this issue, this project replaces the conventional key-operated switch with a Wi-Fi-connected RFID IoT switch, which is able to read RFID cards and toggle electricity according to the server’s responses to the user’s requests while online or local decisions while offline. The project also aims to enable early booking and cancellation of reservations. The system is also expected to simplify the task of calculating customer bills and display available date and time bases on customer requests. The system also ensures safety and reliability. The proposed system aims to provide customers with a single, innovative and easy-to-use interface that improves the way people use the Internet today. Online users will be able to compare prices and hairstyles. The application was developed using Google's Flutter and the Dart programming language and will work on mobile devices. My aim is for this application to replace the traditional process of scheduling appointments between management and clients., where clients will have to locate a salon in a new city by visiting them physically and booking appointments physically. Appointment scheduling, service viewing, and information on each salon and location via my application are all covered in this thesis. The main issue is that men's salons around the world consistently see heavy foot traffic, particularly around holidays. Customer service struggles greatly over the summer, especially during the holidays, to schedule appointments for consumers. The concept for creating an application to address this issue originated from this observation. I also decided to use the Flutter by Google and Dart programming language so that it would be an application that can be used by Android and IOS users to make life easier for clients. I made the conclusion to call this program Kizcutz. Yet, despite all the research efforts from neuroscientists around the world, it remains an unknown frontier. Despite having a solid scientific understanding of the organ that creates them, thoughts and creativity remain mostly inexplicable. This topic was chosen out of passion for both art and programming. exploring the limitations of our understanding of our creativity was always a topic of interest. And with the recent breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, we can only hope that AI will be the key to overcoming this unknown frontier. Having a background in digital art meant I could comfortably explore this topic with enough experience in both fields to carry out necessary research. The sections with less linked sources are essays based on personal observations and intuition. While this manner of study lacks method and could be deemed unscientific, reaching out for unconventional outlooks requires creativity accompanied by analytical approaches. Admittedly, this text raises more questions than it does answers. Initial expectations were ultimately not met, and the focus gradually shifted towards exploring the problem and aiding in research. A major milestone promising an implementation capable of mimicking software was also too difficult to achieve following the original intent of the project. Earnestly however, most of the effort was committed in exploring the topic from a number of alternative angles. As a consequence of this competitive atmosphere, the state of the market has gotten oversaturated with varying types of operating systems and platform-specific features, and the level of complication for the development of cross-platform applications has only increased. A handful of approaches have been taken by software developers to overcome the mentioned problem. For instance, while the native approach forces the development of an application to be separate on different platforms, the cross-compiling approach allows developers to build software on various platforms using a single codebase. In the first chapter of the thesis, the benefits and drawbacks of different takes on cross-platform mobile development will be examined to determine the better alternatives and preferable use cases of methods. The technology that is used and explored is a tool made by Google, called Flutter which is an open-source mobile software development kit. It is utilized to develop applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
