    This thesis investigates the intricate relationship between hyperandrogenism, ovulatory dysfunction, and metabolic disorders. It explores the underlying etiologies and clinical manifestations of these conditions. The research delves into various therapeutic approaches, including pharmacological interventions and nutritional supplements. A specific focus is placed on the role of combined oral contraceptive pills in managing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Ultimately, the thesis aims to contribute to a comprehensive understanding of these interconnected health issues and to inform effective treatment strategies.
