Különbözően szubsztituált haloflavonok Buchwald-Hartwig reakcióját hajtottuk végre aminokkal, majd a reakciót kiterjesztettük aminosav- illetve peptid-észterekre is. Az aminosavaknál fellépő racemizációt optimálás során visszaszorítottuk. A 6,7-dibróflavon molekulán szelektív Buchwald-Hartwig reakciót hajtottunk végre. Flavon-dipeptid szintézisét valósítottuk meg flavon-aminosav hibrid hidrolízisét követő peptidszintézissel.

Buchwald-Hartwig reaction of differently substituted haloflavones and amines was performed, the reaction was extended to amino acid and peptide esters. In case of amino acids racemisation occured which was decreased after an optimization. Selective Buchwald-Hartwig reaction was performed in the case of 6,7-dibromoflavone. Synthesis of flavone-peptide derivatives was demonstrated by the hydrolysis of flavone-amino acid hybrid followed by peptide synthesis.
