The demand for efficient cow is increasing globally. Numerous breeders all over the world looking for a cow which can produce high milk yield with acceptable contents and has good health with fewer problems especially the common major health problem reproductive, mastitis and lameness, and thus this research on the same target to improve quality and quantity of milk and cow health. Correlation among the conformation traits, health problem, milk quantity, quality, and the number of inseminations seem to be significant. Moreover, applying principal component analysis. For the conformation traits, the number of insemination and the health treatment (reproduction, leg, udder) problems; simplifying this information into a new 9 components with eigenvalues ≥1 accounting for 62.22% of the total variance, which have few meaningful uncorrelated conformation traits not previously identified and can thereby aid in the interpretation of interrelationships between traits.
