This thesis was aimed to evaluate the behaviour of consumers in the food industry. It contains a study that was conducted regarding how people behave in regards to cooking food and ordering it from restaurants or fast-food chains. The thesis is based on the general behaviour of all consumers, however, a large part was focused on consumers in the European region. The case study also evaluates the changes that occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and how it affected the behaviour of consumers in the food industry. The thesis also showcases the different buying behaviours, as well as the factors that influence a consumer's decision.
