Five different stress factors were used for this investigation, including physical and chemical factors. From this, the sensitivity and tolerance of wild-type and mutant strains have been inferred. The gene deletion affects the ability of Schizosaccharomyces Japonicus to survive stress. Although further experiments are required, all these data can contribute to a better understanding of the function of gene deletion.34enSchizosaccharomyces JaponicusGene deletionMutant strainStress factorsSensitivityStress-toleranceStudy of the effects of stress factors on Schizosaccharomyces Japonicus mutant strainDEENK Témalista::Biológiai tudományok::GenetikaDEENK Témalista::Biológiai tudományok::Mikrobiológia
