The study adopted a mixed research method to develop the research gaps effectively. The specific research objective guided the study, i.e., the impact of corporate strategy on the firm’s success, risk mitigation, and general advantages that firms such as Boston Consulting Group (BCG), which under a case study, might benefit among other key considerations in general. The study population was the company employees at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), which include the consultants, managers, and support staff who work for BCG in different roles and at various levels of the organization. Based on the different study results and findings, there is absolute consideration and understanding that corporate strategy enhances an organization's success, an example of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
