Az elkészítendő tanulmány, mint a PHD disszertációm másik legjelentősebb tartalmi és szerkezeti egysége, Concha alkotmánytanának és közigazgatástanának elemzése után azt a recepciót tervezi prezentálni, amelyből megismerhetővé válik, hogy disszertációm kutatott alanya tudományos munkái révén milyen módon befolyásolta kora államtudományát, jog- és politikai filozófiáját, alkotmány- és közigazgatástanát. Ezt kiegészítendő, részletes vizsgálatot kívánok végezni levéltári kutatói munkálatokon keresztül arra irányulóan is, hogy Concha, mint korának aktív politikusa, milyen módon érvényesítette tudományos téziseit praktizáló parlamenti felsőházi képviselőként, így vizsgálni kívánom országgyűlési felszólalásait, a fellelhető források keretei között törvénytervezetekhez, jogszabályjavaslatokhoz írt kommentárjait, valamint a levelezéseit is. A recepció bemutatásának keretei között további fontos fejezetnek szánom azt a komparatív munkát is, amelyben a kortárs szakirodalom Conchára vonatkozó téziseit vetném össze saját kutatási munkám eredményeivel. A teljes recepció összeállítása érdekében átfogó célom bemutatni, hogy mind hazai, mind nemzetközi szinten milyen hatásmechanizmusokat generált Concha munkássága a jog- és állambölcselet területén, mely jelentős gondolkodók reflektáltak elméleteire érdemben, kiknek a munkásságára gyakorolt jelentős mértékű, figyelemre méltó hatást a gondolkodása. Ez kiegészítendő azzal is, hogy pontosan bemutassam és feltárjam azt, hogy mely államfilozófiai tendenciák hatottak a leginkább Concha gondolkodására, milyen forrásokból táplálkozik az a saját korában is különleges, anomália értékűnek tekinthető nyelvezet, diszciplináris szemlélet, egyedi gondolkodásmód, amely Concha Győző személyéhez és tevékenységéhez kötődik. Ezen recepció-kutatás végső tudományos konklúziója, véleményem szerint, hozzájárulhat ahhoz, hogy egy rendszerezett analitikus tanulmányt készíthessek Concha Győző és napjaink államtudományának viszonyáról, bemutatva azokat az aspektusokat, amelyekből átláthatóbbá, megérthetőbbé válik, hogy milyen téziseket vett át és őrzött meg a kortárs államtudomány és jogbölcselet Conchától, hatásrendszere szempontjából hogyan helyezhető el munkássága és annak jelentősége a legmodernebb állam- és jogelméleti diskurzusokban. The subject of my thesis is the presentation of the work of the Hungarian jurist Concha Győző (1846-1933) in terms of state theory, legal and political philosophy from the point of view of its domestic scientific impact history. The study to be prepared, as the other most significant content and structural unit of my PHD dissertation, after analyzing Concha's constitutional theory and public administration, plans to present the reception from which it becomes known how the research subject of my dissertation influenced the political science, legal and political philosophy of his time through his scientific works, constitutional and public administration theory. To complement this, I would like to carry out a detailed investigation through archival research, also aimed at the way in which Concha, as an active politician of his time, validated his scientific theses as a practicing member of the upper house of parliament, so I would like to examine his speeches in the parliament, his comments on draft laws and legislative proposals within the framework of available sources, as well as his correspondence. Within the framework of the presentation of the reception, I also dedicate the comparative work as an additional important chapter, in which I would compare the theses of contemporary literature on Concha with the results of my own research work. In order to compile the entire reception, my overall goal is to present the mechanisms of influence generated by Concha's work in the field of law and state philosophy, both domestically and internationally, which important thinkers have meaningfully reflected on his theories, and whose thinking has had a significant and remarkable impact on his work. This should also be supplemented by precisely presenting and revealing which state philosophical tendencies had the most influence on Concha's thinking, from which sources the language, disciplinary approach, and unique way of thinking, which can be considered anomalous even in its own time, is nourished, which is connected to the person and activities of Győző Concha.
