The primary objective of this work is to develop a virtual automation system that simulates the control and monitoring of a green hydrogen production plant. The control logic is implemented using the Structured Text (ST) programming language, in accordance with the IEC 61131-3 standard. The process is visualized and managed through a Human-Machine Interface (HMI), allowing operators to interact intuitively with the system. Furthermore, the system is integrated into a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) platform enabling remote monitoring, data analysis, and system diagnostics.56enPLC, HMI, SCADA, AutomationGreen HydrogenApplication of PLC in Hydrogen Production ProcessEngineering Sciences::Electrical EngineeringHozzáférhető a 2022 decemberi felsőoktatási törvénymódosítás értelmében.
