The two main case studies Nepal and India produced some amazing revelations. Despite early assumptions, Nepal turned out to be a strong participant in fair trade, with a solid base and notable accomplishments. The contradictory outcomes emphasize the complex aspects of fair trade, and Nepal's achievements serve as evidence of the real advantages it offers to small farmers. On the other hand, India's unrealized potential highlights the bright future for fair trade in the area. Essentially, the study highlights the transformational potential of fair trade in both existing and developing networks as a way to reduce poverty, advance social justice, and support the larger framework of sustainable development.
