Using an ERWEKA AR 402 cube tumble mixer, the research examines how blending parameters—mixing time, mixer position, filling percentage, and the type of microcrystalline cellulose—affect mixture homogeneity. Tumble mixers were chosen for their gentle yet effective blending capabilities. Quantitative analysis was conducted using UV-Vis spectrophotometry to measure caffeine concentration in each sample. The results helped determine the most effective mixing conditions. Overall, the study offers valuable guidance for optimizing blending processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing.37enBlending , Homogeniety , Optimization , CaffeineEffect Of Blending Parameters On The Homogeneity Of Caffeine Microcrystalline Cellulose Binary MixturesMedicine::PharmacologyHozzáférhető a 2022 decemberi felsőoktatási törvénymódosítás értelmében.
