Cinnamon was shown to lower blood sugar and support cardiovascular and neuroprotective health. Garlic demonstrated antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-cancer properties, contributing to cardiovascular and metabolic improvements. Ganoderma lucidum and myrrh exhibited anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects, while hawthorn supported cardiovascular, digestive, and neurological health.
