There are multiple factors contributing to the development of MDD including genetic, environmental, and biological factors. People need to know that depression is very real and also treatable. Depression can be managed with psychotherapy and antidepressants. Psychotherapy teaches people how to manage their thoughts and emotions and also how to handle difficult situations better. Antidepressants, on the other hand, help relieve depressive symptoms. A combination of both psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy is highly effective compared to monotherapy.37enmajor depressive disorderantidepressantselectroconvulsive therapyPharmacological management of major depressive disorderDEENK Témalista::Orvostudomány::PszichiátriaDEENK Témalista::Orvostudomány::Farmakológia
