It discussed are the challenges presented to clinicians when choosing the optimal treatment for the individual patient according to the disease characteristics and co-morbidities. It presents the more broadly based treatment, as well as the more specific, recently developed drugs that have changed this field. These drugs include NSAIDs, corticosteroids and different disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs; their effects, clinical indications and side effects are discussed. SLE is given, in this thesis, as an example of a specific autoimmune disease in order to demonstrate how different components of this broad term of autoimmune diseases manifest in a specific disease.40enAutoimmuneSLEParmacological aspect of autoimmune diseasesDEENK Témalista::Orvostudomány::FarmakológiaHozzáférhető a 2022 decemberi felsőoktatási törvénymódosítás értelmében.
