Timári, IstvánRossov, Aleksandr2025-06-182025-06-182025-05-12https://hdl.handle.net/2437/393164In this thesis, NMR spectra of the target molecule Ga-DOTAGA-LacN(NAP), a potential candidate for use in PET studies, were analyzed. One-dimensional ¹H spectra as well as two-dimensional TOCSY, HSQC, and HMBC spectra were examined. The spectral analysis included the determination of J-coupling constants, signal integration, and the assignment of chemical shifts for each signal. During the analysis, the structures of two saccharide residues were confirmed, signals corresponding to the DOTAGA chelate and the naphthalene fragment were identified, and chemical shifts of the aliphatic fragment were determined. The final result of the work was the assignment of each NMR signal to a specific proton or carbon atom.41enGalectinsRadiopharmaceuticalsβ-D-galactopyranosylβ-D-glucopyranosideMethylnaphthaleneMolecular structure elucidationp-SCN-BnStructure elucidation of a potential PET radiopharmaceutical by NMR spectroscopyChemistryHozzáférhető a 2022 decemberi felsőoktatási törvénymódosítás értelmében.
