Blackline, started in 2021, is a tool that automates Sanofi’s financial closing tasks to make them faster and more accurate. It helps the finance team keep track of important tasks, especially during the end-of-month closing. To set it up, I worked with different teams at Sanofi, like project management and digital teams.
