Under the Bretton Woods system, many developing countries, such as China, are underrepresented in the voting process of global economic and financial order. China, in positive seeking to change this embarrasing situation, established the Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB) to help reshape the economic system of the world. While the AIIB, as a complement to the existing World Bank and International Monetary Fund, is misinterpreted by some scholars as a challenger to the economic system.
