The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part mainly describes the Chinese cultural background from the aspects of environmental factors and economic factors, low-quality diet, and lazy lifestyle. And the impact of obesity on the health of China population, and it explores the current status of China's only one-child families and the current state of childhood obesity due to Chinese policies. The second part investigates the quality of sleep in obese children.
