Bruker Daltonics Data Analysis 3.4 software was used to process and identify all the fragmented samples whose behavior was similar to each other. In general, all samples demonstrated fragmentation that began with the elimination of HCl from the precursor ion. Based on the plotted survival yield curves, characteristics of the collision energy were calculated for each sample. It was determined that the Complex containing Osmium is the most stable, while the complex with Rhodium is the least stable under ESI conditions.25enmass spectrometrySoft ionizationorganic complexFragmentationFragmentation of small organic compounds by soft ionization mass spectrometryDEENK Témalista::Kémia
