This can be seen in the visual concepts (architecture, clothing, using of objects of the College etc.), which date back to the old traditions of the Reformed College. In 1938, the University Council took the decision to build lead-glass windows in the Aula of the Main Building, remembering the old university-connections of the Reformed College with Geneva, Zurich, Utrecht, and Wittenberg.
