I shed more light on the the burden created by sickle cell disease by delving into the various factors that contribute to the burden's growth. In order for this to be achieved, I read and wrote a detailed report on the status of sickle cell disease in Nigeria, to raise awareness about the disease and, hopefully, reduce the number of people affected in the future.
