The study uses a mixed-methods approach, including expert interviews, surveys in Hungary and Pakistan, and case study analyses. Samsung leverages tools like SAP ERP, JIRA, and AI platforms to enhance project execution, communication, and risk management. While survey results show strong ratings in Quality and Innovation, communication was identified as an area for improvement.
