In this study, these foundational components and focus areas serve as essential instruments for analysis and examination. and reveals that while data collection for monitoring and control of cost, time, and scope is routine, documentation falls short of expectations. Despite the availability of input data, there is a gap in utilizing this data for analysis, leading to incomplete documentation. Recommendations of this study include government as well as engineering-related associations need to put more effort into attitude change, capacity-building through short-term training programs, and the establishment of project management and software training centers in the region.63enConstruction project lifecycleProject ManagementMonitoring and Controllingdigital tools;time-, cost-, quality controlStudy on the Monitoring and Controlling Practices of Public Projects in Oromia Administrative Regional States, EthiopiaCase Study on The Road Project traverses through the existing Edo - Serofta route and terminates at WarqaDEENK Témalista::Engineering SciencesHozzáférhető a 2022 decemberi felsőoktatási törvénymódosítás értelmében.
