As the Ford company became so efficient they started to provide jobs for higher wages. The Model T broke down the boundaries between different parts of the United States. The building of highways started because of this car, and as more and more people could afford to travel motels and restaurants were built. This car affected society as a whole, it had effects on family life, on the economy.
