Being a foreign student from Kazakhstan, I noticed a difference in the educational approach used by Kazakhstani and Hungarian higher education institutions during my mandatory industrial placement practice. This led me to assess the advantages, prospects and possible difficulties of introducing CHEMCAD in the chemical industry of Kazakhstan by comparing it with other simulation software that is used in practice in chemical plants and educational centers.
