I also discuss the life and hard work of people on tea plantations and estates in India, and how they are treated as modern slaves. I mean to inspect these aspects from a postcolonial point of view through three documentaries (All in This Tea, The Bitter Taste of Tea, and Tea: A Revolution Brewing) directed by Westerners for Western people to give a better insight for people with a Western mind. I also take into consideration the discourse of food studies and orientalism when it comes to Western notions of tea consumption.52enteacultureTea between Two Cultures: The Cultural and Social Differences of Western and Eastern Tea Culture in Documentary FilmsdiplomamunkaDEENK Témalista::Kultúratudomány
