Management of lower back pain is multimodal,consisting of pharmacological and physical therapy methods. Pharmacological treatment includes Nsaids, analgesics, muscle relaxants, opioids, antipsychotics and anticonvulsants. Physiotherapy and exercise are gold standard in non pharmacological treatment.
