It assessed the relationship between training and employee performance, the influence of educational development, the impact of work experience, and the link between knowledge level and performance. Data from 323 respondents were analyzed using SPSS for descriptive statistics and frequency distribution. Findings indicate inadequate staff training and educational development at the Federal Medical Center. However, work experience and knowledge level enhance staff proficiency and performance.
