The goal of this research is to explore how do these themes appear on screen and decide whether films or television series might provide a great platform for raising awareness of sexual harassment. For this, the streaming television series, "The Morning Show" is analysed. "The Morning Show" reflects on the #MeToo Movement, the topic of sexual harassment, employer liability, or romantic relationships in the workplace.
