Enslaved individuals did not have any freedom and they were not treated as human beings but as property. They could only get help from civil abolitionists, who were willing to help slaves run away from their cruel life on the plantations. The Underground Railroad was created to make the fleeing of these people possible. My thesis aims to demonstrate the roles of the Underground Railroad leaders, especially Harriet Tubman, and further examine the many risks and challenges they faced, how they overcame these obstacles with their strategies, and the enduring impact that Harriet Tubman made with her bravery.23enThe Underground RailroadHarriet TubmanslaveryThe Roles and Strategies of the Underground Railroad Leader, Harriet TubmandiplomamunkaHarriet Tubman Szerepe és Stratégiái a Föld Alatti Vasút VezetőjekéntHistoryHozzáférhető a 2022 decemberi felsőoktatási törvénymódosítás értelmében.
