A kutatás aktualitását egyrészt a polgári perrendtartás kodifikációja által megváltozott alapelvek, másrészt a közjegyzői nemperes eljárások elmúlt évtizedben való szélesebb körű megjelenése adja. A dolgozat fő célkitűzése, hogy a polgári eljárásjog alapelveinek általános elemzésén keresztül feltárja azokat a főbb megállapításokat, amelyek a közjegyzői eljárások különös szabályainak komplex vizsgálatához szükségesek. Ezt követően érdemes bemutatni az alapelvek azon megnyilvánulásait az egyes közjegyzői eljárásokban, amelyek segítségével megadható a válasz a közjegyzői eljárások sui generis alapelveinek kérdésére. A kutatás azonban a közjegyzői eljárások keretein belül marad, az egyes bírósági nemperes eljárások részletes vizsgálatára nem tértünk ki. A special examination of non-contentious notarial proceedings in the light of civil procedure constitutes the focal issue of the thesis. The topicality of this research topic is partly owed to the changes in the principles by the codification of the rules of civil procedure, and partly to the expansion of non-contentious notarial proceedings in the past decades. As the core objective of the thesis, a general analysis of the principles of civil procedure intends to discover the main findings which are required for the complex examination of the special rules of notarial proceedings. Subsequently, those manifestations of the principles are to be depicted which may provide an answer to the issue of the sui generis principles of notarial proceedings.
