In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the motivational factors influencing women to become entrepreneurs, a multi-method approach was employed. This entailed a comprehensive literature review, a qualitative analysis based on interviews with experienced women entrepreneurs, and a quantitative analysis conducted through surveys of potential entrepreneurs. The data obtained from these methods was then subjected to triangulation in order to identify the most significant and comprehensive motivational factors. The analysis yielded several key points.
