The basic systems consist of hydraulic fluid, actuators, valves, filters and power unit supply hydraulic pump, and a hydraulic cylinder, accumulators, and reservoirs. This study adopted case studies and descriptive design methodology. The main objective included understanding the components of the hydraulic systems and how they function, and their failures have contributed to aviation accidents in aircraft Boeing 737. The findings from statistical descriptive data showed that the number of accidents is reducing in aviation industry.
