Here we investigate the ability of a cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) to traverse the plasma membrane in Mus musculus liver tissue. The study employs a range of biophysics methods including fluorescence microscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. By elucidating the properties of the CPP, we hope to assess its potential as a therapeutic molecule carrier in future studies in pharmacology.34enCell-penetrating peptideBiophysicsFluorescence microscopyAssessment of cellular uptake and endosomal release of a cell-penetrating peptide in Mus musculus liver tissueDEENK Témalista::Biológiai tudományokHozzáférhető a 2022 decemberi felsőoktatási törvénymódosítás értelmében.
