These factors cause congestion, particularly in busy times when demand surpasses the capacity of the intersection. Targeted interventions meant to reduce these delays in the simulations included lane assignments, pedestrian management, and ideal signal timings. Through scenario analysis, the study finds workable plans to increase traffic flow, lower wait times, and raise general intersection efficiency. Interventions were customized to meet particular difficulties at every junction, including lowering vehicle delays, minimizing pedestrian conflict, and increasing traffic flow through improved throughput. These simulations give information on how strategic changes might reduce traffic congestion and support a more balanced and efficient urban traffic system, therefore providing useful ideas fit for other highly demanded crossings.60enMicroscopic Simulation StudyTraffic OptimizationIntersection ManagementOptimizing Traffic Flow: A Simulation Study in DebrecenA forgalomáramlás optimalizálása: szimulációs tanulmány DebrecenbenInformatics::GeoinformaticsHozzáférhető a 2022 decemberi felsőoktatási törvénymódosítás értelmében.
