I have chosen this topic because I am particularly interested in gender studies, and in A Streetcar Named Desire there are many issues in the intergender relationships of the protagonists that are worth dealing with. The focus of the gender issues in my thesis and the purpose of it is to inquire into the notion and dynamics of dependence in the play.27en20th-century American dramaAmerican literatureDependenceGender studiesDependence in Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named DesirediplomamunkaDEENK Témalista::Irodalomtudomány::Összehasonlító irodalomtudomány
