Data were collected through online questionnaires from 93 respondents working in the Mongolian construction business. The Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale was used alongside a validated Servant Leadership Questionnaire, and the analyses were conducted using SPSS software. Results pointed positive correlation between emotional intelligence and servant leadership. The study also tested the moderating influences of gender and years of experience but did find no significant moderation on the relationship between emotional intelligence and the servant leadership style.
