The original Game of Life has square grids and mono-coloured (black and white, basically). In this thesis, however, I explore the Multi-Coloured Hexagonal Game of Life to investigate how diverse and unique patterns emerge. This study aims to discover new behaviours and dynamics by experimenting with various environments and rule sets. In addition, I introduce oscillators and discuss the potential applications of this version of the Game of Life in other fields of study.52enCellular AutomataGame of LifeThe Utilization of the Patterns in Multi-Colored Hexagonal Game of LifeInformatics::Computer ScienceHozzáférhető a 2022 decemberi felsőoktatási törvénymódosítás értelmében.
