Említést tettem a SARS-CoV-2 vírusról, a COVID-19-ről, melyeket nagyvonalakban jellemeztem. Kutatásom fő célja a vakcinák fajtái, az általuk kiváltott túlérzékenységi reakciók keletkezésének útvonalai és a reakciót kiváltó allergének ismertetése. Az mRNS alapú vakcinákban (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna) feltételezhető allergén anyag a PEG, másnéven makrogol, az adenovírus-alapú vektor vakcinákban (AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson) pedig a poliszorbát 80. Ezen anyagok segédanyagok, melyek számos kozmetikai termékben, akár élelmiszerekben előfordulhatnak, így az egyén szenzibilizálódása ezen anyagokkal megtörténhet korábban, melynek következményeképp kialakulhat egy túlérzékenységi reakció vakcináció során. Ahhoz, hogy elkerülhessük a hiperszenzitivitási reakciókat, illetve a súlyos kimenetelüket, számos protokoll került ismertetésre azon orvosok és szakdolgozók számára, akik a vakcinációt végzik.Tétel Szabadon hozzáférhető A diabétesz-láb pathogenesise, kezelési lehetőségei, a megelőzés jelentősége = The pathogenesis of diabetic foot syndrome, the importance of prevention and further therapeutic possibilities(2014) Paragh, Lilla; Virág, László; Sawhney, Irina; Remenyik, Éva; Szabó, ÉvaTétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető A kardiovaszkuláris rizikó becslése pikkelysömörös betegekbenTemaj, Erijona; Sawhney, Irina; Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Bőrgyógyászati Tanszék; DE--Általános Orvostudományi Kar; nem ismert, nem ismert; Általános Orvostudományi KarA pikkelysömör a szív-és érrendszeri betegségek magasabb kockázatával jár. The prevalence rate of this disease worldwide is approximately between 0.1% - and 4%. The female population is the most vulnerable to this disease, with a ratio of 3:1 compared to the male population. The pathophysiology of HS is still not fully understood to date. As much as the pathophysiology of HS remains a mystery, various scientific researchers and clinical studies have discovered and described only a few possibly useful treatments available in the treatment of this disorder. Active social and psychological supports are inevitable in the disease’s management.Tétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető Pathogenesis and treatment of atopic dermatitisQasim, Hafsa; Töröcsik, Dániel; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Bőrgyógyászati Klinika; DE--Általános Orvostudományi Kar; Sawhney, Irina; Tóth, István Balázs; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Bőrgyógyászati Klinika; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Élettani IntézetThis thesis reviews the various pathways and molecular entities involved in the development and progression of Atopic Dermatitis. It dismantles the core components that are implicated in the pathogenesis of this disease. Furthermore, it sheds light on the background of the multiple triggers and maintainers of the inflammatory cascades which are present. Included within the context of this thesis are the possible extracutaneous consequences of this inflammatory condition. Finally, this work discusses not only the present therapeutic modalities available to manage this disease, but also the diverse possibilities of targeted treatment plans which may be available in the future.Tétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető Possibility of allergen specific immunotherapy in the treatment of atopic dermatitisMansour, Farah; Gáspár, Krisztián; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar; DE--Általános Orvostudományi Kar; Sawhney, Irina; Papp, Gábor; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Bőrgyógyászati Klinika; Sporttudományi Koordinációs IntézetAtopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic disease characterized by recurrent pruritic inflammatory lesions on the skin usually starting from childhood. Although the exact cause of AD is not known, it is thought to be a combination of multiple factors such as immune system dysregulation, defects in skin barrier function, exposure to certain environmental and infectious agents and genetic predisposition. The diagnosis is based on specific clinical manifestations and criteria. Currently, there is a wide spectrum of substances used in the treatment of atopic dermatitis ranging from moisturizers to systemic corticosteroids in severe recalcitrant cases. Unfortunately, none of them provide a permanent cure to this common chronic disease. Allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT) is being studied as a potentially curative approach to AD. It is a desensitizing therapy that focuses on the induction of immune tolerance to specific allergens to prevent the future occurrence of allergic diseases. Its use in allergic rhinitis and asthma is more widely recognized, however, it is still controversial in atopic dermatitis due to the multiple factors that play a pathogenic role in this disease.Tétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető Review of the effect of suspension and re-treatment of ixekizumab on moderate-to-severe psoriasis vulgarisBlanco Crespo, Ana; Gáspár, Krisztián; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Bőrgyógyászati Klinika; DE--Általános Orvostudományi Kar; Papp, Gábor; Sawhney, Irina; Sporttudományi Koordinációs Intézet; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Bőrgyógyászati KlinikaPsoriasis is a papulosquamous chronic skin disease that requires life-long management. Ixekizumab (IXE) is a high-affinity selective monoclonal antibody against interleukin (IL)-17A which is registered treating moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. The purpose of this thesis work is to assess the outcomes of patients who interrupted the treatment and were subsequently retreated with IXE, as well as to investigate if after the temporary suspension the patients will ever be able to reach again their best clinical score obtained before. Information was collected from patients available in the Department of Dermatology, in the University of Debrecen. The investigation was authorized by the Local Ethics Committee (H.0046-2019). The patients started the normal regimen of IXE, after induction, receiving 80 mg every 4 weeks until the treatment was stopped. After that, further financial support was requested from responsible bureaus for the treatment continuation. Waiting upon approval patients were suspended an average of 94 days until re-start was realized. After an average of 24 weeks of the re-start of the treatment, 75% of the patients reached symptom-free state, and the rest improved an average of 85% compared to their clinical status at the beginning of re-start. IXE demonstrated to be highly effective in the clearance of psoriatic skin even after the treatment was interrupted taking a relatively short time to regain efficacy and with no encountered clinically significant side effects.Tétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető The possible use of sublingual immunotherapy in atopic dermatitisKim, Hyunjoon; Gáspár, Krisztián; Department of Dermatology; DE--Általános Orvostudományi Kar; Fodor, Andrea; Sawhney, Irina; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Tüdőgyógyászati Klinika; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Bőrgyógyászati KlinikaUnderstanding of atopic dermatitis and the clinical study of allergen immunotherapy. It also examined the perinatal outcomes for patients who had a sufficient number of perinatal visits and those who did not. This study sufficiently proves that a well-developed antenatal care facility together with proper compliance on the part of the patient will result in successful fetal delivery with little to no adverse maternal and fetal outcomes. Whereas poor government support and poor compliance result in the increase the risk of neonatal morbidity and maternal mortality rate.Tétel Korlátozottan hozzáférhető Therapy of acneSamra, Mohammed; Töröcsik, Dániel; Department of dermatology; DE--Általános Orvostudományi Kar; Sawhney, Irina; P. Szabó, Réka; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Bőrgyógyászati Klinika; Debreceni Egyetem::Általános Orvostudományi Kar::Sebészeti IntézetAcne is a common disease not only restricted to patients of teenage years, in adults above the age of 20. Although its pathogenesis has been widely studied and understood within the dermatological community, management has proven to be a great difficulty due to its seemingly resistant to treatment nature. The objective of this review is to recognize the therapies as well as the most pivotal advances being made in the management and pharmacotherapy of acne.
