Adenozin receptorok szerepe a légúti simaizom és a mononukleáris sejtek funkcionális válaszaiban

Absztrakt

The aim of our thesis was to study the effect of the adenosine on the isolated guinea pig tracheal smooth muscles, under the chronic caffeine intake. We examined as well the antiinflammatory effect of the adenosine on activated peripheral mononuclear cells. Our results proved an epithelium dependent biphasic modulation of the adenosine induced smooth muscle relaxation. The adenosine and the receptor agonists decreased the level of IL-1 beta and arachidonic acid from the activated mononuclear cells.
