Management of eruption of primary and permanent teeth is an essential component of oral health care for all pediatric dental patients. It should provide stable and functional occlusion and inhibit severe malocclusion with crowding, rotation, ectopic eruption, crossbite formation, extreme overbite, excessive overjet and undesirable molar relationships .
