The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of different iron and zinc treatments on the growth of the plant, the length of shoot and root of lentils in the phases of plant development and the amount of elements content of the control pot in comparison with the lentils that have been under treatment. Seedlings were grown in a pot in nutrient solution. The plants were exposed to 1, 10 and 100 mg L-1 iron and zinc, whereas there was no iron or zinc treatment on the control plant. Iron and zinc were applied in the form of ZnSO4.7H2O and Cl3Fe.6H₂O, respectively.
