dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis was to evaluate the quality and physicochemical characteristics (Vitamin C, total phenolic and flavonoid content, pH value) and element content (Ca, K, M, Na, P, S, Al, B, Cu, Fe, Sr and Zn) of fruit juices (Peach, Apple, Tomato, Orange) and to find the healthiest juice product based on the availability of vitamins and minerals.hu_HU
