Cross-Cultural Business Communication between Mongolians and Hungarians: Mongolian perspective

Absztrakt

The research aims to study the cultural communication challenges between Mongolians and Hungarians. This study employed a combination of literature review and qualitative analysis to obtain key conclusions. The semi-structured interviews were conducted to gather empirical data for analysis. Empirical data were analyzed by the LESCANT model. After drawing conclusions from the study, certain recommendations and communication strategies were suggested to be used in practice.
