My objective of this thesis is to present Zirconia as a dental material. In this thesis I aim to provide information about the many different applications it can have in dentistry and how its unique properties make it a very lucrative material in dentistry in this current day and age. Furthermore, mentioning the manufacturing process of zirconia and discuss its’s advantages as well as its potential disadvantages. I do this using up to date and well informed articles which have been cited numerous times.
