dc.description.abstractPeople enter into entrepreneurship without the knowledge of the force that is driving them into the venture. These driving forces are factored into "Push" and "Pull", and this study sort to find out the driving forces of entrepreneurs in Kumasi. The study adopted the qualitative approach and the descriptive study design with 30 participants to achieve the objectives. It was realised at the end of the study that, entrepreneurs in Kumasi were pulled into entrepreneurship. The study's findings might not account for external factors such as macroeconomics trend, global event or changes in government policies. Therefore, it is imperative for further research to be conducted to account for external factors like changes in government policies, global events, and macroeconomic trends.
