The thesis talks about the newest oral immunomodulatory agents in the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis since its introduction in the year 2010 with focus on 2 drugs: Fingolimod and Teriflunomide. Both drugs have shown to reduce the disabiliy progression and annual relapse rate.
