dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the importance of signaling and screening methods in human resource management (HRM) is examined. These systems are crucial for solving the problems that firms have finding qualified employment candidates. The study attempts to provide important insights into how experience needs change between industries and nations, as well as the variances in job requirements themselves. This study aims to provide HRM practitioners with useful tips for improving their recruitment and selection procedures by analyzing the body of existing literature and empirical data.
