dc.description.abstract	PhD munkám során tiol-én kapcsolás segítségével új nukleozidanalógokat állítottunk elő, melyekből létrehoztunk egy vegyületkönyvtárat, amelynek tagjai különböző biológiai vizsgálatokba lettek bevonva. Vizsgáltuk a reakciókörülmények hatását a hozamra és a szelektivitásra. A munka úttörőnek számít abból a szempontból, hogy a világon elsőként hajtottunk végre tio-klikk reakciót telítetlen nukleozidszármazékokon. A monomerek előállításán túl, cisztein nukleozidokhoz kötésével olyan származékokat állítottunk elő, melyeket oligomerizálva új típusú peptid nukleinsavakat szintetizáltunk. Ezen vegyületek szintézisére szintén különböző reakciókörülményeket és útvonalakat próbáltunk ki.	hu_HU
dc.description.abstract	We have synthetised new nucleoside analogues via thiol-ene coupling reaction. The compounds of the so obtained molecular library were involved into biological experiments. The effect of the reaction conditions to the yield and selectivity of the reaction also were examined. These reactions were the very first thiol-ene coupling reactions of unsaturated nucleosides. Cysteinyl nucleoside monomers were synthetised and oligomerized into peptide nucleic acids. 2 different reaction ways were tested for the synthesis of these new type of peptide nucleic acids.	hu_HU
